Class definition:
“Physical Fitness: a condition of well-being and the ability and energy to complete job tasks and other activities where you are healthy due to good nutrition, exercise and rest.”

· Create a graphic representation (chart, diagram, poster, etc) of a sport specific skill or fitness-related skill and highlight the components of fitness needed to execute the skill. Completed individually. Use this as a reference.

· Select one principal of fitness (see your blue sheet). Create a project that demonstrates your understanding of your chosen principle of fitness, its definition, and how you can apply it to your fitness development. Give specific examples and use graphics.
