Individual Training Plan:
1. Get your Fitness Test results
2. Get your journal and review the 3-4 areas you wish to improve upon.
3. Choose your Principle of Fitness (FITT or SPORT).
4. Create a four week Fitness Plan.
a. Include at least one Fitness Blast per week.
b. Apply your principle to your areas you wish to improve upon.
c. Be specific with each daily plan (# of exercises, name of exercises, area being targeted, etc.)
